The Bancroft–Rosalie Public Schools expansion project enhances both educational and community-focused facilities through a series of targeted additions and renovations. The project adds four new classrooms and expanded Career Technical Education (CTE) space, supporting academic growth and hands-on learning opportunities for students across grade levels.
Athletic and community amenities are a major component of the expansion, including a new performance gym with a stage and a dedicated community fitness center. These spaces are designed to support extracurricular activities, school events, and community use, strengthening the connection between the school and the surrounding community.
Additional improvements include renovations to the elementary school and the addition of two new high school locker rooms.
