The Medical and Dental Clinic at Benson High School is a 9,900-square-foot, two-story addition designed to serve both the school and the surrounding community. The facility houses dedicated spaces for three end users, including a public dental clinic on the first floor and a public medical clinic on the second, through Charles Drew Health Center, Inc. A new secure main entrance for the high school was incorporated into the design, improving both accessibility and campus security. Additional features include a large conference room, interior and exterior gathering stairs, and a snowmelt system for exterior paving. The precast structure showcases a variety of exterior finishes—including EIFS, metal panels, curtain walls, and architectural mesh—giving the building a modern, high-performance appearance.
