Community Alliance Corporate Headquarters

Omaha,

This 127,000 square foot, three-story headquarters supports the expanded mission of Community Alliance to provide integrated mental and physical health services to the Omaha community. Built under the Certified Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC) federal model, the facility is designed to make mental health resources more accessible and coordinated. The new nonprofit headquarters replaces the organization’s former building and brings together treatment spaces, classrooms, offices, conference rooms, and support areas under one roof. Additional features include a meditation room, cafeteria, fitness center, and on-site pharmacy, as well as dedicated health and dental areas—all finished to a high standard to create a welcoming, modern environment for clients and staff.

The project was the 2024 winner of the Projects $20 Million to less than $50 Million award from the Associated General Contractors (AGC) Nebraska Building Chapter.
