This new 95,000-square-foot headquarters for forklift dealer Lift Solutions will be a two-story facility combining office and warehouse functions. The office portion will feature a conventional frame with joist and slab floors, using metal panels, glazing, and precast concrete finishes. Inside, flexible spaces will accommodate offices, conference rooms, and multi-use cafeteria and training areas, with outdoor gathering space provided by a patio and balcony. The precast warehouse will support equipment maintenance, storage, and loading operations, offering 24 feet of clear height. Site features will include a stormwater retention cell and ample parking for staff, customers, and visitors.
