A 72-mile, high-capacity regional water transmission line for Randall Community Water District (RCWD) to carry water from the Missouri River to southeastern South Dakota. The design-build contract was awarded to Hausmann Construction-General Excavating Joint Venture, in collaboration with engineer SEH Inc. Hausmann was also awarded the construction manager at risk contract to complete improvements to the Platte Treatment Plant for RCWD with ID8 Architecture.
