This project involves major capacity improvements to the 51-acre Theresa Street Water Resource Recovery Facility, which is part of the Lincoln Wastewater System. Work includes construction of two new aeration basins, addition of two final clarifiers, a new non-potable water system building, a new primary power substation, and installation of new RAS pumps. Additional improvements may include upgrades to the aeration control system in existing basins, replacement of an existing aeration blower, and supporting work such as site piping, electrical distribution, earthwork, and pavement to enhance overall facility performance and reliability.
