UCHealth Prospect Primary Care and Urgent Care Clinic is a fast-track project that converted an existing 10,000-square-foot ambulatory surgery center into a modern outpatient clinic. The renovated facility was designed to support both primary care and urgent care services, expanding patient access while making efficient use of an existing healthcare footprint.
The scope included the integration of a new x-ray suite and upgrades throughout the space to support clinical workflows and patient experience. The project was delivered on an aggressive four-month schedule, requiring detailed planning, tight coordination, and flexibility throughout construction.
To meet the accelerated timeline, work was completed using multiple shifts and off-hours construction, allowing the team to maintain progress while minimizing disruption.
