The Westside Community Schools Middle School project focused on modernizing critical building systems while expanding and improving a high-use student space. The scope included a 6,300-square-foot renovation and a 4,400-square-foot addition to the school’s cafeteria, creating a more functional and efficient environment to support daily student use.
In addition to the cafeteria improvements, the project delivered comprehensive HVAC upgrades throughout the school. A new chiller and boiler system were installed to improve system reliability, energy efficiency, and overall comfort for students and staff.
